RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Policy
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise purchased online from the store.youarestars.com Internet site. Returns or exchanges on all merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the placement of the order if the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. After 30 days, returns are ONLY accepted if you have received the wrong item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective. CDs, Records and DVDs must remain factory sealed, unless they are damaged or defective.

Returns and Exchanges
When returning or exchanging an item, please email us at store@youarestars.com to receive a return/exchange form. Once you have received it, fill out all fields on the form, and print it out. Make sure to include your order number and item description. Pack the item(s) securely and ship the order back to us, including the return/exchange form. If you have to fill out customs forms, indicate the package value as $5.

If the return or exchange is a result of a store.youarestars.com error, shipping costs will be refunded to you by store.youarestars.com. Otherwise shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

To the extent returned merchandise is in the same condition it was in at the time of delivery, you will receive a credit equivalent to the total cost of the merchandise being returned. We will credit your account as soon as we receive the merchandise and advise you by email.

Tickets FAQ

Q. I bought a ticket online! How and when will I (or did I) get the music?
A. Everyone who buys a ticket, receives a unique code and a link to a redemption page in their confirmation email. Most redemption downloads arrive within 48-72 hours of ticket purchase. So check your email, as well as spam folder.

Q. I purchased multiple tickets, do I get multiple copies of the music?
A. Yes! If you purchase multiple tickets, you will receive multiple codes. So if you bought tickets for friends or family, they can also download the track “The Theory of Relativity” and their own digital copy of The North, due out September 4th.

Q. I purchased my tickets directly from the box office, or over the phone. Do I still get the album and track?
A. Of course! EVERY ticket comes with the music. If you purchased your tickets in person or over the phone, the box office will provide you with download cards along with each ticket purchased. Download cards will provide the same audio, in the same timeframe, as the online purchasers. If you have any problems, please contact M Theory (service@mtheoryllc.com) for redemption instructions.

Q. I bought a ticket but haven’t received any music or downloads. What should I do?
A. Most redemption downloads arrive within 48-72 hours of ticket purchase, but this may vary slightly by ticketing outlet. If you still don’t have your download instructions after a week, please contact M Theory (service@mtheoryllc.com).

Q. My download link isn’t working, who do I contact?
A. For problems with downloading, or with specific codes, contact M Theory (service@mtheoryllc.com) for questions.

Q. The downloads worked perfectly, but who should I contact if I have questions about my actual tickets?
