I can't rank tracks on Stars albums because they each hold specific sentimental value at different times of appropriateness, but I can say that Do You Want To Die Together? is probably my favourite track since Soft Revolution.

It's funny how fans of Stars can listen to their songs and have completely different opinions of what they like. I think it's what make the band great. For me, my favorites are always the Elevator Love Letters of the album. In this case Theory and Hold On are what Body and The Passenger were last album and Riot and The Night Starts Here were before it. The 400 was a nice song but nothing I would ever play over and over again. It actually reminds me of Tonight in a way (please start playing that again to close the live shows!) but not nearly as beautifully tragic. The other standouts on the album for me are The North and Lights Changing Colour. There's no bad song on here and it's too hard to pick a clear favorite but if I were making a mixed tape to give to someone, those 4 songs would be on it for sure. A Song Is A Weapon and Progress are right there too. If I had to pick my least favorites (and again I like them all) it be Die Together and Walls. As an aside, I'm really hoping we get another awesome EP like they did for Ghosts last time around too.

I think I like The 400 because it has so much potential. Its like that song on an album you really wish was longer.

One my my all time favorite songs hands down is A Thread Cut With A Carving Knife. Then the ending of In our bedroom: Today Will Be Better, I Swear! and In Our Bedroom After the War. I do hope they make their movie from this...

Apparently the movie for Bedroom was scrapped for one about The North. I don't even know if they're still making a movie anymore...

I just need to say that the little drum riff in A Song Is A Weapon is one of the most satisfying moments on the entire record. Just that little "bang! bang!" in the bridge. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
