Probably depends on the venue, and whether or not you're lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.

I've never known Stars to be anything other than gracious and eager to 'hang out' with their fans. However, there are a lot of fans out there...

I met the entire band backstage during the Five Ghosts tour. Also, I hung out with Amy, Torq, and Chris at the benefit show in Creemore a few weeks ago.

I've never been one to hang out near the tour bus or anything like that, but I imagine if you REALLY wanted to meet these guys, you could probably do it.
