deluxe 2 disc set

So I was in HMV today and what should I find but a 2 disc "deluxe" edition of TFG which includes the "Seance" E.P. Now that ticked me right off, as I purchased the album via pre-order, where there was no mention of a "deluxe" edition. Why wasn't it one of the various pre-order options? It seems wrong that fans that are showing their support by a) actually buying the album and b) pre-ordering it shouldn't have been able to do so for the 2 disc set. *grumbles*

On the bright side, the album is fantastic!

So do we know for fact now that the people who ordered the CD only got a one-disc version?

Update: Stars is now offering a download of The Seance EP to everyone who pre-ordered the vinyl. I can't imagine why they wouldn't do something similar with the CD at this point. Maybe we're in for a pleasant surprise?

I did the "CD/LP/lyric book/1 trk from Seance" pre-order. CAD$63.53. They just emailed the Seance download as a thank you for waiting gesture, which is nice. Not sure if the CD will be a 2-CD version but likely not. I live in a smaller town and the local Walmart has many copies of the 2-CD edition so I guess it's fairly plentiful.

Where can one find this 2-disc set?? Was it HMV in the UK? Do they even have them in the US anymore?
