Tickets are all sold out through ACL's website, but you can usually find them on other ticket vending sites. Google around. Prices will be very high now but will probably drop as the festival gets closer, if you're brave enough to wait that long.

You shouldn't rule out craigslist, I've bought tickets to shows off there before, you just have to be careful. Look for the best deal but be wary. Try like craigslist, ebay, stubhub... google austin city limits 2012 tickets.
